JIAHAO HAN
Pianist Jiahao Han is the recipient of Kayserburg Youth Pianist, now a fourth-year undergraduate student involved in the accelerated program, studying with his mentors Hung-Kuan Chen and Tema Blackstone at The Juilliard School. Jiahao became the scholarship recipient of Artemisia Foundation in 2022, participating actively in its mentoring program.
Jiahao is the 2nd prize winner of the 2022 New York International Piano Competition, the 3rd prize winner of the “Jinji Lake” International Piano Competition, the 3rd prize winner of the “Jenuesses International Music Competition Dinu Lipatti”, etc. As a soloist, Jiahao has made appearances with Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, Tianjin Symphony Orchestra, etc. Guest Artist appearances have included concerts at venues such as the concert hall of the Chopin University of Music, Jordan Hall, Peter Jay Sharp Theater, Xinghai Concert Hall and Kayserburg Concert Hall in Guangzhou, Shanghai Symphony Hall, Shanghai Oriental Art Center, Opera House of Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, and other venues around the world.
Jiahao has been appointed as a teaching fellow for the Ear Training Department and the Theory Department at Juilliard since August 2021.
